Return & Refund Policy – Nestify Finds

At Nestify Finds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Returns
You have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Final sale or clearance items

Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product so we can resolve the issue quickly.
